Andrew Bonnell is from a small town in Northern Michigan where he graduated second in his class in 2009. From there Andrew went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University and to later graduate Cum Laude earning his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School – Lansing.
During his undergraduate studies, Andrew participated in Law Club at SVSU and also competed in Intercollegiate Moot Court during his senior year. As part of Moot Court, Andrew and his teammate competed at SVSU’s annual regional competition earning themselves an invitation to the National Competition in 2014 where they competed once again against eighty of the best teams from across the nation.
During his time in Law School, Andrew interned with a small civil firm in East Lansing and completed an externship with the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office before becoming licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and joining Shoults & Brooks, PLLC in the fall of 2017.
